LANHAM, Md. March 4, 2014 – Data Solutions & Technology (DST) today announced it has named Stephen A. Hathaway, as the chief financial officer (CFO).  Mr. Hathaway, a 40-year veteran in the financial industry, brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having recently served as CFO of Facility Technology Services. He will report directly to Deborah Scott Thomas, DST’s President & CEO.

He will contribute substantially by establishing expectations, providing transparency and driving excellence to ensure profitable growth,” said Deborah Scott Thomas.

Mr. Hathaway is a seasoned financial executive with experience in all facets of financial and internal control activities, accounting, tax, corporate structure, acquisition strategy and forecasting. Recently, Hathaway served as a consultant to CSSI, Intervise & NeoSystems. Also, he has served as the CFO for A&T Systems, Inc.; Atteloir, Inc; TranTech, Inc; and GW Solutions, Inc.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting from Georgetown University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
